89db Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before You Play

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and 89db ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing the 89db platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 89db platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. 89db reserves the right to update these Terms at any time; the revised version will be effective from the date it is published on the platform.

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on 89db, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, partnership or other legal entity).
• You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from 89db or any affiliated platform.

89db reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age, identity and address at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, and during routine account review. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals.

Each person may hold only one account on 89db. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 89db will close all duplicate accounts, and any balances or bonuses associated with duplicate accounts will be forfeited. To register, you must provide accurate, complete and current information, including:

• Your full legal name, as it appears on your government-issued identification document.
• Your current Bangladeshi mobile number (beginning 017, 018, 019 or 016), which will be used as your login identifier.
• A valid password of sufficient complexity, which you must keep strictly confidential.
• Your date of birth, confirming that you are 21 years of age or older.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity that occurs under your account — whether or not you authorised it — is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact 89db support immediately at [email protected].

The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions on 89db:

• Deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless 89db expressly approves an alternative method.
• KYC verification may be required before a withdrawal is processed. You must provide any requested identity documents within the timeframe specified by 89db support.
• 89db does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits and withdrawals. However, your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, etc.) may apply their own transaction fees, for which 89db is not responsible.

89db processes withdrawal requests within 15 minutes on average. Processing times may be extended in cases where additional verification is required or where a withdrawal request is flagged for manual review. Withdrawal requests submitted outside Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours may experience a short delay.

89db offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Bonuses are credited to your account in BDT and are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. The specific rollover multiplier for each bonus will be stated at the time of the offer.
• Bonuses may only be used by the account holder to whom they are issued. Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless expressly stated.
• 89db reserves the right to withdraw or alter any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. If a bonus is withdrawn before its terms have been fulfilled, any bonus funds still subject to wagering requirements will be removed from the account.
• Abuse of bonus offers — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once — is a prohibited activity. Any account found to have abused a bonus offer will have the bonus and any associated winnings forfeited.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are subject to wagering requirements applied to any winnings generated. Free spins that expire before use are forfeited without compensation.

Where a player's winnings are the result of an obvious error, system malfunction or exploitation of a software bug, 89db reserves the right to void such winnings and, if applicable, to recover any amounts already withdrawn in relation to such winnings.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 89db. Any player found to be engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, any outstanding balance may be forfeited, and the matter may be referred to the relevant authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one account on 89db, whether in your own name or using the identity of another person.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or other technical means to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Money laundering, including using the 89db platform to deposit and withdraw funds derived from illegal activity.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, including in live casino games or peer-to-peer betting formats.
• Using a VPN, proxy or other IP masking technology to access 89db from a jurisdiction in which the platform is unavailable or prohibited.

89db employs fraud detection and anti-money laundering (AML) systems that monitor account activity on an ongoing basis. Accounts that trigger fraud or AML alerts may be suspended pending investigation. Suspected fraud will be reported to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law.

89db is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players in Bangladesh. The following responsible gaming tools are available to every account holder at no cost and are accessible directly from account settings:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly and monthly maximum deposit caps on your account.

89db reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms, including the eligibility requirements, prohibited conduct rules, or KYC obligations.
• 89db reasonably suspects fraud, money laundering, identity theft, bonus abuse, or any other form of criminal activity in connection with your account.
• You have requested a permanent self-exclusion under the responsible gaming tools, in which case closure is permanent and irreversible.

Upon closure of an account for reasons other than self-exclusion, any real-money balance remaining in the account (excluding bonus funds still subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, provided that no fraud or other prohibited conduct is suspected.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 89db shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service. 89db's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

89db does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times without interruption, that it will be free from errors or that any defects will be corrected. Where the platform is unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance or technical failure, 89db will endeavour to restore access as quickly as reasonably practicable.

All content on the 89db platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, brand assets, text, images and audio — is the property of 89db or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display or otherwise exploit any content from the 89db platform without prior written permission from 89db. The 89db brand name and logo are trademarks of 89db. Unauthorised use of 89db trademarks is strictly prohibited.

89db reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material amendments are made, 89db will notify registered players by publishing the updated Terms on the platform with a revised "Last Updated" date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure that you remain aware of the current version.

Your continued use of 89db following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected].

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations.
